It’s that time again — our Annual Bartender Championship is back at O’Riley’s Irish Pub Downtown!

Come out and support some of Pensacola’s most talented bartenders as they battle it out for the title. Each competitor will be given one spirit and one secret ingredient to craft a unique cocktail that impresses both the judges and you, the crowd!

You’ll be notified of your spirit and secret ingredient 48–72 hours before the event. Bring your own tools, any extra ingredients, and any presentation elements.
Be ready to make 100+ small tastings, standard pours for judges, and one full drink for display.

Winners will be chosen by both a panel of judges and crowd votes — with prizes for the top performers!
