The Draw

Each bartender is assigned one spirit and one secret ingredient.

The Competitors

The 2026 bartender lineup will be announced soon.

Eleven bartenders will enter the competition, each bringing their own style, creativity, and cocktail skills to the bar. Check back soon for the full competitor lineup.

The winning cocktail has a chance to be featured on O’Riley’s menu for a limited time.

Bartender Championship 2026 - Entry / Tasting

Come support your favorite local bartenders from around Pensacola as they compete for the championship!

Each competitor will be assigned one spirit and one secret ingredient to create an original cocktail for the judges.

Your $25 ticket includes tastings of all competing cocktails, complimentary finger foods, and the chance to vote for the People's Choice Bartender. Join us Sunday, August 23 at 2:30 PM following Sunday brunch!

Your Vote Matters

Every guest receives one People’s Choice voting ballot. Taste the full lineup, pick your favorite cocktail, and help crown the People’s Choice Bartender of the year.

Event Seating Notice

The Bartender Championship begins at 2:30 PM following Sunday Brunch.

Once the event begins, indoor seating will not be available for regular bar or food service.

Available seating for regular bar and food service will be limited to upstairs or outside.

Day-Of Ticket Notice

A very limited number of tickets may be available the day of the event.

Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended.

Policies

21+ ID Policy

This is a 21+ event. The name on the ticket registration must match the name on your valid ID.

IDs will be checked at the door. Tickets may not be purchased for anyone under 21.

Refund + Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are final once the event is within 72 hours.

Tickets are non-transferable.

The name on the ticket registration must match the name on your valid ID.

No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event.

Because this event includes secret ingredients, competing cocktails and food samples may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Common allergens may include milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, coconut, sulfites, and other ingredients.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should use caution before participating in tastings.
